Background: Carpentry and Hospitality

A born and raised Newfoundlander, Tony credits his early years in Newfoundland with shaping the person he is today. While he has lived in several places across Canada, he feels extremely fortunate to have established roots in Ottawa.

For Tony, real estate is more than just a career—it is the culmination of a lifetime spent understanding homes from the ground up. Over a decade ago, he attended carpentry school and has since been deeply involved in a wide range of construction projects, including new builds, high rises, teardowns, and renovations. His first job in Ontario was with a contracting company, and he has since transferred those skills and expertise into his passion for real estate, putting them to use for every client he serves.

Tony believes that real estate is not just about buildings—it’s about people, their dreams, and their goals. He has learned that the key to any meaningful relationship, particularly one founded on trust, is simple: treat others the way you wish to be treated. This philosophy forms the foundation of his approach to every client interaction.

Establishing trust requires both listening and responding thoughtfully. Recognizing that listening is an art, Tony takes pride in his ability to not just hear, but truly understand his clients’ needs, expectations, and desired outcomes. A client’s vision is always paramount, and Tony is dedicated to helping make it a reality. Entrusting him with a real estate journey means receiving not only professional expertise but also genuine care, attention to detail, and steadfast support from the very first meeting through closing and beyond.
