Background: Green Architecture

Everything started when I decided to leave my home to explore a different country and culture and to further pursue my knowledge and career in architecture. I left Panama back in 2015 when I was 23 years old. I can still remember the first day I landed in Ottawa: I have to say, it was one of the most exciting but nerve-racking days of my life. I did not know anyone and I had always lived with my family.

Moving by myself to a new country with no family, no friends, no one that I could trust helped me push myself and become more confident. I'm not going to lie, there were a lot of ups and downs.

Now, many may ask; what made me pursue Real Estate as a career? The short answer is: Jen Alvarenga, my mentor and now partner. That's a story I share on another occasion!

Coming from a family that has been investing in real estate since the 70s, I was able to learn the basics at a very young age. When I joined the team, I began producing marketing content and materials for our clients' listings. That's when my passion for Real Estate really started kicking in. I went from designing feature sheets and marketing campaigns to shadowing Jen in Seller marketing consultations and Buyer showings. Shortly after, in 2017, I started taking my courses to finally becoming a Realtor in 2018. I believe that the passion was always there, I just

never got exposed to Real Estate the way this team does it-the client care and creativeness became contagious (in the good way of course)!

I thrive in adding value to our clients by bringing innovative marketing strategies that allow us to wow our clients. Every small detail could be crucial when you are 'realestating': from choosing the right photographer to exposing the finest details of a property. No matter the property, we make homes stand out. That's the power of well-executed marketing.
