Born and raised in Bulgaria in a family of builders and developers, Niya has been surrounded by real estate her entire life. Niya first moved to Canada in 2010, and graduated from Carleton in 2017 with a degree in Business.

Upon graduating, Niya worked in data analytics for five years before deciding to follow in her family’s footsteps and pursue a career in real estate.

Niya is passionate about interior design, diving into unique home finishes, and elevating a space through her unique lens and background.
