Background: Entrepreneurship and Marketing

Ever since she can remember, Jen has been a lifelong learner...someone who thrives on change and seeks to make a meaningful impact in everything she does. Nearly two decades ago, as an international student at Carleton University, she began her real estate journey in Ottawa not as an agent, but as an investor. It didn’t take long for her to notice that too many experiences in real estate lacked the one thing that mattered most to her: exceptional care. Homes weren’t being marketed with the creativity or precision they deserved, and clients weren’t always being heard — so, following her mother’s advice, she became the kind of agent she wished she had.

Today, as Co-Founder of GoodStory, Jenniffer leads a team of kind, quality-oriented professionals who share her belief that real estate should be about people first. Together, they’re on a mission to care deeply, execute precisely, and deliver remarkably — helping clients from every walk of life buy and sell with confidence, whether it’s a first home, an investment property, or a custom build.

Known for her calm expertise and discretion, Jenniffer works closely with busy professionals — from industry leaders and CEOs to directors and busy moms — providing a trusted, high-touch experience that fits seamlessly into their lives. The trust she builds with her clients runs so deep that some have confidently purchased even million-dollar homes sight unseen, relying entirely on her judgment and care.

But Jenniffer’s impact doesn’t stop with her clients. GoodStory’s thoughtful, story-driven approach has begun changing the way other realtors do business too. Many agents across Ottawa credit her team for inspiring them to elevate their marketing, storytelling, and quality standards — something Jenniffer considers one of her proudest accomplishments.

As pioneers in lifestyle-driven real estate marketing, Jenniffer and her team were the first in Ottawa to introduce cinematic storytelling with actors, showcasing homes as lived experiences rather than just assets. This creative leap reshaped how properties are perceived and presented — turning listings into narratives that connect with people on an emotional level.

A RE/MAX award-winning Realtor, Forty Under 40 honouree, and Women Presidents Organization member, Jenniffer is known for transforming transactions into experiences and properties into stories. She believes the future of real estate should be more quality and less cookie-cutter — and she’s rewriting what it means to feel truly cared for in the process.
